ScopedCarbon is a product of Starboard Investment LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy describes how we collect and use personal information on scopedcarbon.com.
Information we collect
When you request early access we collect: full name, work email, company, title/role, fleet size, and primary jurisdiction. We also collect standard log and analytics data (IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed).
How we use it
To respond to your request, evaluate program fit, communicate about ScopedCarbon products, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information and have not sold or shared personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act in the preceding 12 months. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Disclosure
Service providers only (hosting, email delivery, analytics), under contractual confidentiality; or as required by law.
Retention
Waitlist records are retained while your request is active and for up to 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your California rights
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit requests to info@scopedcarbon.com. We will verify and respond within the timeframes required by law.
